- Participants must wear white tops and bottoms
- Order and adherence to applicable regulations must be maintained
- Silence must be observed during the meditation ritual
- Participants must occupy the designated area for viewing the lantern release
- There is no difference in ticket prices for adults and children
- The minimum age to attend the lantern viewing event is 3 years
- Gates open for lantern release viewing ticket holders from 17:00 to 20:30
- This ticket cannot be used to visit the courtyard or climb the structures of Borobudur Temple

This ticket is valid only for viewing the lantern release from outside the fenced area (it cannot be used to join the lantern release, and there
will be a barrier between the lantern release area and the spectators)
- Purchased tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable
- Parking is very limited, and bringing private vehicles is discouraged
